Please ensure all items are pulled and kept away from skirting boards and walls to ensure thoroughly sprayed by our team along perimeter. Fridges are to be also pulled forward in order for technicians to treat behind for all German cockroach treatments. (If a technician is required to pull the fridge forward, this firm and technician take no responsibility for any damages to the fridge or flooring, although the utmost care will be taken)
High German cockroaches infestations may need a second application within two weeks as per product labels and to ensure complete eradication (second treatments are a chargeable service) this will be advised to you on the day if it is required.
Please also ensure all food items and cutlery are packed away, having a kitchen bench entirely clear and cleaned prior to treatment.
Any clothes on lines are required to be removed prior to any external treatment.
Children and pets are to remain out of property for a minimum of 1 to 2 hours from areas treated.
Please keep in mind that walking over any applied chemical whilst wet can cause injury by a slip or fall. this firm will not be held responsible for any negligence or injury caused.
